Is a metal stearate fine powdered that functions as a lubricant and stabilizer for PVC processing when approvals such as food contact are required. It's the best mold release agent of all the stearates.
It is also used as a lubricating and anti-sticking agent to process plastics such as polystyrene, polyolefins, reinforced polymers, ABS and others in BMC and SMC processes. It has very good hydrophobic properties so it is highly resistant to water.
